How to: Sort data on one field.
Solution:
In the Table Datasheet view, select the field on which to sort the data, select the 'Records' menu and select 'Sort', and select the sort order.
1)
If the Database window is not active,
activate the Database window.
2)
Open the table in the Table Datasheet view
.
3)
Select the field
on which to sort the data.
4)
Select the 'Records' menu and select 'Sort'. (A submenu appears.)
5)
Do one of the following:
Select Sort Order
a)
To sort the selected field in ascending order, select 'Ascending'. (The data is sorted.)
b)
To sort the selected field in descending order, select 'Descending'. (The data is sorted.)
